The threads are rolled after heat treatment to provide optimum fatigue strength, ensuring ample clamping force that prevents cylinder heads from lifting.
- EASY INSTALLATION - The kit features broached stud ends to facilitate easier installation and cylinder head removal. It comes with an installation manual that includes drawn diagrams to simplify the process. These head studs are designed to maintain cylinder seal integrity, even under the extreme pressures of high-performance turbo systems, and they far exceed the clamping forces provided by standard head bolts.
