The orange flavor really helped out after dissolving it and drinking it down. Reminded me of Tang. I was 6 days backed up and used this in conjunction with a 10 oz bottle of liquid Magnesium Citrate. And 3 hours later my stomach started rumbling and then my entire colon was cleared out after 3 trips to the restroom. Ahhhhhh This "solution" is not meant to be taken if you are leaving the house. It works just like the prescription products the docs give you for your colonoscopy. What a way to flush your insides out and get complete relief %26 peace of mind... This was not doctor recommended or FDA approved. It is simply how I used the products. Consult your Physician first.......

Super effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the recommended dose that's on the bottle as needed, and i will say it's very effective, It took maybe a day or two to work but it's very effective, The taste was good it tasted like oranges, i've tried unflavored ones before but will be preferring this one from now on.
