Way too small

I just got fitted last month, so I know my size. I referred to the size chart and matched the best I could to my measurements. The coat arrived about a month later and was about 3 sizes too small although the tags are marked XXL. I couldn't even move my arms after squeezing in. I usually wear XL tshirts so XXL for dress clothes seemed reasonable. Another minor gripe, the ugly pocket square is sewn into a fake pocket
