Extremely dissatisfied with Walmart.com
The product, a fountain, arrived broken. It is modular, shipped in multiple parts, three of which were broken beyond repair. When I tried to return it for a new one or for a refund, Walmart.com gave me the RUN-AROUND. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The customer service agents were rude and decidedly unhelpful. The product is very large and difficult to repack for return. Walmart insisted that I work with a third party shipping company for the return rather than directly with Walmart even though I bought the item from Walmart, not an outside company. They wanted me to bring the item to a UPS store despite the fact that the box is too big to fit in my car. (In a similar incident with Amazon months ago, Amazon picked up a large, damaged item at my home). Walmart offered no assistance whatsoever. Walmart.com's customer service is a disgrace. I was treated so rudely that I will NEVER use Walmart.com again. This rotten experience has definitely made me more of an AMAZON customer than ever. Goodbye Walmart.
