Capris or long shorts ???

These were so cute but too short and to tight. My son couldn't move in them and we sized up. These would be perfect for slim/slender body types. The length is a good length for average height children. My son is tall for 10 and likes his shorts on or below his knees. Otherwise if they are tight they look like capris
