Makes a great “mop” sauce

I do not drink bourbon and can barely stand the smell but this really makes an excellent Carolina style mop sauce for my pulled pork. I attached a picture of my smoked pork butt that has been seasoned with a rub and basted for the last two hours of cooking with my mop sauce. It was absolutely delicious! This was smoked on my Kamado Joe!

My friend from Kentucky's

My friend from Kentucky's favorite bourbon is woodford and I also really enjoy t. Smooth good bourbon that will always have a place in my liquor cabinet. Will purchase again!

Smoked Bourbon
