These blocks were purchased as a gift for a boy 2 years old. in the age group stated on the carton just to have him get the smallest triangle shape stuck in his mouth wedged in the top of his mouth against his teeth. He had started panicking before his grandmother could get it dislodged I will not refer these blocks for any child under maybe 4 years of age
