When my bike was delivered, it had a damaged kickstand because the box was damaged. The company that I hired to assemble my bike had to put a new kick stand on it. That cost me an extra $12. I like the bike but the extra cost was disappointing.

DO NOT BUT UNLESS, you want to pay extra foe professional assembly. I hardly ever write reviews but t was just so frustrated after trying to put this thing together I thought it necessary to write a review to warn other buyers. Item arrived with the box a little dinged up but bike looked to be intact. No I did not pay for professional assembly. BUT.... figured it shouldn’t be too hard to put together. Well I was wrong!!!! First of all there were no instructions! None whatsoever. No tools were included and to adjust the handle bars it requires a large hex tool that had to be bought special because it wasn’t included in the set I bought. The brakes weren’t even hooked up?! It’s a nice bike but not $300 worth and then have to pay for professional assembly because the essential brakes were not hooked up and no instructions included. Just totally frustrated!
