Bad service and quality

The tube was flat, we bought new tube to assemble. Problem with pedals, bought new pedals, still didn't work. Called manufacture, said to reverse assembly on pedal, still would not lock in. Manufacture refused to replace the pedal arm. Went to Walmart, they said bring fully assembled bike back in my new Mercedes. Bike has cost $400 and not rideable and no one wants to fix it.
