My granddaughter requested an Edna Mode t-shirt. When I first ordered it, the item was on backorder. Since this item had to be shipped out-of-state, I requested they send the item ASAP. They responded immediately, however, I realized they could only do so much with the delay in shipments from both ends. So, I did receive the shirt, but it was too late to ship before XMAS, but it will be a nice birthday present.
