Costume was great, customer service is AWFUL

I had the costume in my cart for several days...it was just what I was looking for for my daughter's party and the price was right at $9.99, or so I thought. When I finally decided to checkout and went to the page, the price suddenly jumped to $19.99. I didn't have time to wait for the price to drop again as the party was fast approaching. I immediately reached out to Seventh Avenue Costumes customer service to express my displeasure (several times now), only to be completely ignored, no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Seventh Avenue Costumes.
