DISPENSE VERTICALLY ONTO A COLD SURFACE Hold the can straight upside down. If you hold the can at an angle, foam may not dispense properly. Press nozzle to dispense half a capful of foam onto cold surface (e.g. dish, or cold hands). 4. APPLY TO SCALP, NOT HAIR Part your hair to expose hair loss area. Massage foam into scalp, not hair. Repeat until all hair loss areas have been covered. 5. CLOSE CAP AND WASH HANDS Snap cap back into place. Be sure arrows do not line up, so cap remains child resistant. This does work if you give it time. I would say a minimum of 4 months to see results. I used this to restore hair loss near the front temples. I have noticed loss as I get older but this really helped in areas I had lost more than I wanted to. It has definitely helped me grow the hair back in those areas. I use every other day after washing my hair. I like the foam it seems less messy to me. I spray the foam directly in the areas I am treating and rub in. Wash your hands after use and keep only to your hair restoring area. I stopped using this after using it for years to try something else and at around 6 months I noticed my areas I had treated were becoming thinner again. When I returned to this product it took about 4 months to see good filling again. It does work but you do need to use it consistently. This has worked for me and I am so glad. If you haven't tried it give it time and I hope it helps you.
