This does work if you give it time. I would say a minimum of 4 months to see results. I used this to restore hair loss near the front temples. I have noticed loss as I get older but this really helped in areas I had lost more than I wanted to. It has definitely helped me grow the hair back in those areas. I use every other day after washing my hair. I like the foam it seems less messy to me. I spray the foam directly in the areas I am treating and rub in. Wash your hands after use and keep only to your hair restoring area. I stopped using this after using it for years to try something else and at around 6 months I noticed my areas I had treated were becoming thinner again. When I returned to this product it took about 4 months to see good filling again. It does work but you do need to use it consistently. This has worked for me and I am so glad.
