I love how much more energetic I feel since I have started taking the NuBest Women's Multi Advanced Formula vitamin. I have been so much more productive, I truly feel this daily vitamin is great form of support. Did I mention NuBest is also free of gluten, Dairy, soy, and GMO's? The pills themselves are capsules, about the average size of a multivitamin and the taste is again about average, definitely not the worst that I have ever tasted. I always feel so much more confident with my daily food choices when I'm taking a multivitamin, because I know that I am filling in any gaps that may occur in my daily diet. If you need that daily filler or if you are a lady in search of a new multivitamin, you should give NuBest Women's Multi a chance.

This women's multi vitamin has a great list of ingredients, like zinc, folate, magnesium, your basics, plus a female advanced energy blend and antioxident blend. I have taken this for about a week. Results take time, so I cant speak on that yet. But the ingredient list is exactly what I was looking for. I wish the calcium percentage was a little higher though, as that is important for all women especially when you are over 40's. Drawback is capsule size, but I always have had issues swallowing even basic sized capsules & tablets. If its not an issue for you then you shouldnt have a problem with it. I can still take them, I just seek out mini sizes or liquids if possible. I would buy again despite this small preference.
