I love them but they run big and I had to return

Unfortunately, they run large, or perhaps they run wide. They are ADORABLE and I love the style, very well made, however, I had to return them because they were too large for me. I bought 8.5 Medium and with socks they would not fit well on my feet - too big. I would have loved to keep them.
