let's get this straight! I'm a dude! I wear these foot patches on the bottom of my feet in order to detox my system overnight. but due to my tossing and turning in bed the patches would curl up on the corners and sometimes just roll up all together negating the whole process. So I used the cheap nylon knee high socks to keep that from happening. But they kept running, the toes would go out, so on and so forth and I can only use them a couple of times before they're totally tattered! but this item are easy to put on, easy to line up the toes, and they have a slight compression to them that's comfortable and they seem to last a LOT longer than the cheaper ones.
