I didn't believe until...

I saw the money back guarantee. Two weeks is all it took to start seeing small sprouts of green. IT WORKS!!! Half my yard was eaten up by some sort of fungus...and we needed help because we were selling our house. I had always used the popular brand, but was never impressed. I even sprayed the brown patches with yard paint-it faded two weeks later. Tried Pennington for the first time and now I'm a believer.

I would buy this product again.

I used the product along my driveway and in some areas in the yard. I watered 2 times a day and on the 10 day I started to see grass sprouting up. Be patient follow directions. I only see grass grass growing nothing else. Please see photos
