Strong ginger
We use lot of ginger in our curries. We need to peel and grind every time. This dry ginger did the trick without effort. No more peeling and grinding ginger. I can use this ginger powder not just for curries but for a good ginger tea too. A little goes a long way when it comes to this dry ginger. Its strong and smells amazingly fresh

McCormick Ginger Ground
What an excellent taste and flavor! I just tried McCormick ground ginger in my gingerbread cookies and my carrot cake and I have to say that I am super impressed! It's not only super fresh and delicious but it made my baked goods smell and taste amazing! I can't wait to try it again in more recipes!
