Rough start
I did get a call from Wayfair prior to getting this. If you buy it after you receive ir set it upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. The setting is preset for celcious so you have to push the light button for 5 seconds to reset it every time it is plugged in. It did not work the first few times. The issue i had was it dod not cool immediately and it took longer to get the bottles cool tgen it was supposed to. I will probably keep it. It does cool the bottles well. You need to put tge bottles in for around 5 hours. Which if your having a party its best to know this before hand.

Love it! Fits the smaller bottles but very efficient. Instead of a whole expensive cooler i put this in my bar area.
