If you have a kitten, or a pregnant or nursing cat, you should continue feeding an appropriate Pro Plan kitten formula. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN: Although you’ll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan LiveClear can make, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your cat’s current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan LiveClear until you’re feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. FEED PRO PLAN LIVECLEAR FORMULAS EVERY DAY: Pro Plan LiveClear is formulated to be fed to your cat every day for optimal benefit. This is amazing!! I'm not one to believe all the advertising "hype" but this does exactly what it claims. My cats had to go to live with a family member in an emergency but this person is extremely allergic to cats! She had an extreme reaction initially so we started the cats on this food. .Directions say it takes approximately 3 weeks till you can see some benefit. Kitty's came home but had to return several months later. I continued to feed "LIVE CLEAR" and the cat sitter has had ABSOLUTELY NO reaction at all and she has had them for several months. I couldn't be more satisfied with "LIVE CLEAR" slightly more expensive but so worth it!!!
