The microwave appears to be working fine. I was surprised that in spite of it's size it was relatively light weight to be able to pick up. I purchased this item because of it's brand name, Panasonic and also because it was on sale. I decided this time not to buy the cheapest microwave. The cheapest microwave doesn't work out too well in the long run.

I had a very good experience with Panasonic microwave oven.The one I gave my mother as a gift 31years ago end its life last month. When my Kenmore microwave stop working only in 14 months, I purchase this Panasonic microwave immediately. However, I am a little worried, since both of them have the patterned inverter technology. It means there is a connection between the two. Hope this Panasonic product has reliability as good as before.

Perfect countertop microwave

Don't think "Inverter technology" is marketing hype. It DOES make a difference. This unit has that feature at a reasonable price. If you need a countertop unit, this is the best value on the market. Believe me, I searched. Walmart comes through again.
