I tried some of the chicken and beef dehydrated food that I found in a sample packet at a pet store. I mixed it with plain chicken and she loved it. I love it because I can't mix a small amount with a half cup of warm water and either give it to her alone or in combination with the food I make her. It's also so easy to take on trips! I went through a lot of different foods, money and frustration before I found this dehydrated whole grain chicken. So happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three large dogs 62 pounds and over and they love this food. their coats are shiny, and their weight is where it should be. we buy the chicken grain free because it is the most affordable with the protein. I did an analysis and it is actually more expensive to just buy the fruit nut and grain and then add protein. . in order to switch out proteins we often cut the amount of the dehydrated chicken in half and supplement with canned dog food of a different protein. Of course it is a lot more expensive than kibble, but you get what you pay for and our dogs are healthy. we believe that we are saving on vet bills, and that our dogs will live a longer healthier life in the long run. Wish there was a large quantity discount as one box without supplementing with the canned only lasts 4- six days with three large dogs.
