Johnson's Baby Shampoo with Aloe & Vitamin B5, Tear-Free, 1.7 fl. oz

My own children have long since grown up (and no grandbabies to try this product on yet); however, my husband has always washed his hair with baby shampoo every day as part of his morning shower, so we tested Johnson's Baby Shampoo's suitability for cleaning adult hair. Johnson's has changed the shape of its bottle since I first saw this product in the stores decades ago; it's currently in a slightly squatter, "teardrop"-shaped bottle which is easily gripped by wet hands in the shower or bath, but still fits the small corner "bottle-holder cup" shelf in our shower. This product has a light, fresh, pleasant scent which wasn't overpowering, and which wasn't at all objectionable to "manly men" like my husband. Normally, our family isn't at all brand-conscious about frequently-used everyday products like baby shampoo, and usually find store brand or generic versions to be quite adequate for our needs. However, my spouse commented after using the Johnson's Baby Shampoo that, in this case, the name-brand version seemed to have done a superior job of cleaning his hair, compared to the house-brand and generic baby shampoos he has used in the past. (I used Johnson's Baby Shampoo on my own hair while we were on vacation recently, and found that it cleaned my hair just as well as non-conditioning shampoos made specifically for adults. Since I have a lot more hair than my spouse, though, I would follow up use of this product with a good conditioner when using it on adult hair at home.) If your household budget allows for name-brand shampoos at all, Johnson's Baby Shampoo is a mild, gentle, lightly-scented product suitable for daily use by the entire family. This one product (plus a conditioner of your choice) can replace a shelf-full of specialty name-brand shampoos for individual family members (such as the one we've had in our own home). Recommended!

Great shampoo for kids and even adults if you have sensitive scalp,eyes and skin. My only complaint is the first time I tried to use it pump cracked at the top of the bottle. May have been dropped at the store or during delivery.
