I will never shop at hayneedle.com again!
Please read below email from hayneedle.com customer service. I am very sorry that you got the wrong ladder for your bunk bed. I reached out to Ceres who you spoke to on Saturday. Unfortunately she hasn't heard back from the manufacturer yet. She reached back out to them by phone and email. I've sent them an internal message to double up on our efforts to get this resolved for you. I apologize that we don't carry any replacement parts and that the process for getting you the correct ladder isn't as simple as just having the correct ladder sent to you. As soon as we hear back from the manufacturer, either Ceres or I will reach out to you to proceed forward with getting this fixed for you.
