It is the best I love it
I've been drinking 4 to 5 a day since 2017. I fell and fractured my femur. The first hospital could not fix it correctly so I went to another one. Had a total of 3 surgeries. I was also in ICU for a week with congestive heart failure, and pneumonia and a mild heart attack. I was in bad shape. Doctor put me on ensure and I'm fine now. I purchase 9 cases at a time. I really love it.
