Be careful in purchasing this item. It is marketed as tile grout coating, but is actually a refill bottle. There is no applicator included.

Hi Jeff- Thank you for your inquiry. This can be used as a refill or with your own applicator, which is actually what a lot of people would rather do. A sponge brush works great to apply this since the tip is thinner.
