Microwave Directions: Step 1: Empty contents of pouch into an extra large microwave safe bowl. Step 2: Pour cold water into measuring cup pouch until it reaches the fill line. That's 1/2 of a cup. Stir water into bowl. Step 3: Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove hot bowl from microwave. Stir again to blend. Let cool to taste. Enjoy! Warning! Bowl may be hot! Protect hands when removing the bowl from the microwave. Microwave ovens vary in power, so cook time may need to be adjusted. To reduce the chance of boil over, add milk after cooking for creamier texture. Stovetop Directions: Bring 1/2 cup of water (or milk) to a boil. Add contents of pouch to boiling water. Turn the heat down to simmer and cook about 90 seconds, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy! For thicker consistency, use less water. For thinner consistency, use more water.

Taste Great
I'm a big fan of oatmeal but not so much flax seeds or blueberries; however, this oatmeal is great. The flaxseeds give it a nice unexpected texture. There aren't an overwhelming amount of blueberries so that was nice. Sometimes blueberries and give off a tart flavor but not this oatmeal.

Excellent oatmeal
This oatmeal is so good. I was a little hesitant at first because I'm picky about oatmeal but the taste and texture was perfect! The flavor was just the right amount of sweetness and blueberries! It kept me full too! I've never had flax seed before and I wasn't sure what to expect with them but everything went together very well! Excellent product that I highly recommend! Easy to make! Thanks Bzzagent for the free sample! Opinions are 100% my own!

Very Delicious
It was very good. I was a little unsure if I would like it or not but I really enjoyed it. It was a perfect portion of blueberries and flaxseeds. It has great flavor and was very delicious. It was thick and hearty just like the box says. I was full after eating it. It was great for a quick and easy breakfast. I highly recommend this product. Especially now that it is getting colder this will be a great breakfast option to warm you up.
