Ball comes off the Velo at a nice rate. We've heard it doesn't do well in cold weather but have no experienced this thus far. Grips are nice and thin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this bat. It's the perfect weight- really light swing. The grip feels great and the bat feels very well balanced and controlled. If you're looking for a hybrid, this one feels better by far than any bat we've ever owned, and it looks great too!
