Instructions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters (10 mL mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 mL mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

ACT Total Care - Icy Clean Mint review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked trying the ACT Total Care - Icy Clean Mint 18 oz mouthwash. I liked the mild minty taste. Keeping it in your mouth for 1 minute seemed like forever, but it kept my mouth feeling clean. The other thing that was hard to remember to do was not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after using it. But over all I think it is a great product.

Great way to start off your Day!

It is so nice that it's not so strong or harsh...It leaves you feeling with a fresh clean mouth and even your teeth feel smooth which is awesome!

Great for the whole family. #gotitfree
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice flavor, love the color, and the shape of the bottle. Easy for older and younger people alike to hold and use. The scent is appealing, and I don't have to worry about my younger kids and grandkids using ACT Total Care as it is less harsh than other mouthwashes ive used in the past.
