Simply melt two tablets under your tongue every 2 hours if your sinus pressure is an issue. Also helps with headaches. I've used Boiron products for years to deal with allergies and sinus issues and been very pleased with the results. Relieves congestion. And no side effects!

I have horrible allergies/sinus issues. I heard about this product a year ago from a friend that highly recommended it. My allergies always start the same month of every year and drag on for months. I decided to try sinus calm after too much Sudafed. The shipping was a few days delayed but so happy, the WAIT was worth it!! I have been using now for a week and what a deference it has made.
