Directions: Take 1 tablet at the same time every day; this product will work best to prevent pregnancy when taken exactly as directed; you can start on any day of the month; use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the first 2 days of use (48 hours) after you start your first pack of this product, because it takes 2 days for this product to start working; see the enclosed leaflet for more information on how to switch from another contraceptive method. Never skip your daily tablet; to prevent pregnancy, take this product every day, even when you bleed or have spotting; when you finish this pack, start the next one the following day without a break. If you are more than 3 hours late taking your tablet or miss taking your tablet on 1 or more days: take 1 tablet immediately, as soon as you remember that you missed it; then go back to taking your daily tablet at your usual time; use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the next 2 days (48 hours), because it takes 2 days for this product to start working again. If you vomit for any reason or have severe diarrhea within 4 hours of taking your daily tablet, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex for the next 2 days (48 hours), because the medicine may not have been fully absorbed; you should continue to see your healthcare provider(s) for routine healthcare visits. Opill is a pretty good pill. Opill is my 9th birth control that I've tried since I was 18 and I'm about to be 24. Opill is the only pill that I can tolerate and side effects go away pretty quickly and is nothing too bad to not handle. I'm about to start pill pack 2 on Sunday, July 20th. I'm pretty impressed with this pill brand. I will definitely continue to update my review every , but month. I don't know about pregnancy prevention with it just yet, but I always take my Opill on time and every day

Saving the lives of Bright Young futures
I actually ordered this for one of my grandson's girlfriend. I do not know that they are having sex. It is not my business. But the girl's mother will not agree to this type of healthcare for her daughter. It is rather against my ethics to do so, but weighing a possible pregnancy and the subsequent consequences against supplying her with opill was a no-brainer. Both of these bright young people are headed for college and have a bright future ahead of them. A young pregnancy simply is not in the cards.

Can't live without it
I'm beyond glad that this is finally available without a prescription that forces invasive pelvic exams. I am using it primarily to lighten my insanely heavy periods, and off-label for perimenopausal symptoms. The side effects are worth it to me. It gave me a minor yeast infection at first and a few skin acne breakouts, but it evened out. To be fair any brand pill gives me breakouts at first. I live in a state where getting reproductive care is hard. Planned Parenthood and all the usual options to get low cost birth control were chased out our state by fanatics. So for times like this when I'm between jobs and don't have health insurance, it's crucial that I have access to something easily accessible that'll handle my reproductive health. And I appreciate that the price is still low. I went from needing to change an Ultra tampon every two hours to changing a regular tampon every 7 hours. My cramps went from unbearable to literally nonexistent. It's quite a noticeable difference and changes my quality of life. I hope this doesn't get regulated again behind a prescription paywall. I NEED it. I'm not sexually active so I can't speak on whether it works for that.
