Simple and it works.

Easy to set up, easy to use, works great. For glare reduction you can use the matte side, and for a bit more clarity, you can use the glossy side. Both sides do a good job of providing some privacy from a wide angle of view. I did turn my brightness up on my monitor to maintain some of the display visibility.
