Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended). Flip after 12 minutes. Deep Fryer (for restaurant use): 1. Place fillets in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. 2. Fry at 350 degrees F for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended). Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish fillets. Air Fryer (Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.) 1. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket. 2. Air fry fillets at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. the breading on these is so good! the fish actually looks and tastes like fish, the breading has a crumbly texture with a tasty seasoned crunch in each bite. Less greasy than beer batter, but just as flavorful. (try pan fried instead of baked...less healthy, but better overall texture and taste)

Love these Gordon's fish. Breaded right. Crisp and tender. And can be added to different meal choices like scalloped potatoes. Maybe eggs and cheese with noodles etc. accommodates different meal choices which should make it a best breaded fish buy. Just hate when I run out.

I use the microwave with these
I use a microwave. These on a glass plate with olive oil cook well. I put an unwaxed paper plate over them so no splatter and set on 75 seconds, flip them over and add another 75 seconds. Your microvave might difer in timing needed. The use of an unwaxed paper plate over them keeps them moist.
