Display panel unreadable.
The display panel lettering is medium gray on a black background. It is almost unreadable without an external light shining on it. This is a sort of panel that is normally back lit. Support that this is the way it's made. I have to turn on the kitchen light to shine a light on the panel so that I can read it. The illustrations on the packing carton indicate that the lettering is very bright. This is deception. also, the size indicated on the box is not the size of the actual microwave. The microwave is somewhat larger in all dimensions than indicated on the packing box. All in all, I am not happy. And I haven't even tried to turn it on yet.

SHARP sucks
I had my microwave not even one year… I moved, and when I tried to relink Alexa with my microwave it would not work! I called the Support line and was told to do the same steps I had Already done, which they couldn't understand why it wouldn't link either… And after literally the sixth call, I finally asked to speak to a manager and they did not want to put the Manager on the line! They literally made me wait 30 minutes and were Very rude! When the manager finally got on the phone… The problem was that “their system had gone through an update, and if you have an Apple product, your phone/iPad will no longer work with their SHARP MICROWAVE & Alexa in order for them to link.”
