mounting tape failed

Giving it 2 stars...1 for beauty as it is just striking in design; but 1 for defective mounting. I purchased in 2014 and the mounting pads on the back started disintegrating so that the mirror no longer had the cushioning at point of contact. It took 5 years to do so but still a big hassle because it is no longer useable. I noticed that in the question section another purchaser had the same issue so the mounting pads need some quality improvement. Thankfully, with Moen's great warranty, they are shipping a new one out today....couldn't believe it/so great. And the customer service rep was just so pleasant and professional. .
