Better manuals needed
Ours was just installed this week so it's a little early to give a full review but I came to the website to try to find a manual for operating guidelines and to learn how to program the controls, but there is nothing here, which is frustrating. We also have an IAQ a monitor and even within a few hours it was impressive to see how much lower the CO2 levels are, which was our main reason for putting in the HRV (we have an 1870s house). I was also impressed at how quickly it dropped humidity level. Noise level is about what I expected, we installed the unit on the second floor so it's less than 10ft (and two walls) away from where we sleep. At least it's a constant white noise.
