Hi OMG, my family of four adults love this product. We drink hot water and we were heating water on the stove before our purchase; I did spill hot water on my hand few times while transferring hot water from pots to the water bottles. After the purchase, we now safely fill our water bottles (no more waiting at the stove or burning hands). Also, we are addicted to drinking tea during working hours (a good addiction while working instead of coffee or smoking). Hence, this product is invaluable to our home especially during the pandemic. Thanks for such flawless design to see customer delight. I am not good with DIY and husband doesn't want to either. So I used a plumber for installation.

We've had the unit for 5 years and it's worked great for what we need. However, when I was changing the filter and ran the hot water for a few minutes as instructed, I noticed a sizeable amount of water coming out of the bottom of the reservoir. After a few more times, I ascertained it was interior and I pulled the reservoir cover off and discovered one of the bolts holding the two sections together was rusted and the Styrofoam surrounding the unit rust stained. I believe I need a new gasket, can you point me in the right direction?
