Felt Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often get weepy before my period and this time felt like a lot more, probably due to personal stressors like work and health. I added a couple squirts of this to my juice and felt relief from the overwhelm and emotions. I felt more calm and relaxed, although it made me a bit sleepy. So, I suggest taking it on the weekends and evenings.

Excellent formula- highly effective!

Mom and daughter both felt the clam and relaxed
I'm 43 years old and I've been having some major PMS when its that time of the month for me. My daughter who is 15 years old also experiences major PMS as well. I order the P. M. S. Emotional Mood Support for the both of us to try. It really helped calm us both in our household. I didn't feel like crying after 20mins of taking.
