Used over top of Out brand diapers. Really helps the Out diapers to stay on; makes diaper more compact against dogs body (making it easier for dog to walk); as well as keeps dogs bed dry when she sleeps in it all night and has major urinating issues. ( I TAPE Out diaper to harness so she doesnt pull off diaper!)

Forget the disposable doggie diapers.
Very happy with these diapers. I slip a womans small pad inside to avoid washing the diaper too often. These are so much better than the disposables.
