Two reasons why I gave it the rating I did. First, the picture showed two camera bulbs and it only comes with one. I am not sure how long it took for my purchase to arrive. Second, I wasn't able to set it up because it needs a TF card storage or a purchase from the App Store. I don't know which choice is better because I am still in the process of setting it up.
