ZERO STARS.UPDATE - Customer service has been FANTASTIC resolving this issue. A replacement came following this review and that item is working great. The original product was a lemon, but the service has been outstanding.

Loved it at first, but after only 6 months it stopped charging my phone. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back; worked for a minute, then stopped again. So disappointed because I loved this charger. I'm leaving 2 stars because when it worked it was great.UPDATE 01/16/2022:Changing my rating back to 5 stars. Turns out it was my phone that was the problem, not the charger. In this case, I still really love this charger. I highly recommend it.
