Mounts only one direction. Not specific

Nice product but trying to inquire about installation, company never responded. Received product but it only mounts one way. Unfortunately, it mounts the one way that I'm unable to close antenna because it hits AC. Company does not allow exchange but are more than happy to sell the correct one that mounts the opposite direction. Works well but I can't really use it unless I wanna disassemble to travel and reassemble to use. To much of a hassle
