Simple, well made product that does exactly what I want. My knife block was taking up needed counter space and it did not have enough room. This is a great solution and keeps my knives in easy reach and easy to keep clean. It is made of black plastic with the magnetic parts embedded with two mounting holes plus screws and anchors were also provided. Good product at a modest cost.
