The Winco ALB-18 is an 18 quart commercial-grade aluminum brazier pan designed to be the workhorse in any kitchen. The wide and flat bottom evenly distributes heat while maximizing surface area ideal for browning meat and vegetables. This brazing pan is commercial-grade and made from 4mm thick 3003 aluminum designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment ideal for busy restaurant kitchens. The riveted handles are reinforced to ensure a stable grip and lasting durability. Measures 14-1/4" x 5-3/8". Lid sold separately.
