it was a bit of a pain to assemble, but overall I'm pretty impressed. in my pictures you'll see that mine does not have the arms and back but they were included, I simply decided not to use them because I want it to be something I can stash out of sight. when I first opened the box, I was concerned because it is very thin, very wobbly plastic but once you get it assembled it is very sturdy. I weigh 200 lb and I feel perfectly secure sitting on it. I would suggest that you don't follow their assembly instructions. I tried to initially and after fighting with it for almost an hour to get the plastic to stay lined up, I found that if you screw the front and back pieces to the top and then slide the gray side pieces on and attach them to the lid, it's much faster and easier. then everything is property lined up for you to put the gasket on the bottom. I would actually think if it was made out of thicker plastic, this would be a five-star item.

a little smaller than I thought.. and hard to get off of the toilet..some what flimsy..
