Wilton Sugar Sheets are Great!

This was my first time using 'edible paper', and these sugar sheets were perfect. But then, you really can't go wrong with Wilton. I used their edible markers to draw and color on the sugar sheet, and my cake was a big hit.

sugar is fragile so obviously it's going to break if you are not gentle! it's literally a sheet of pressed sugar! I have used them many times with no issues!

Sugar Sheet Fan

This is how to make any cake unique. whether covering the cake or using the ctters to make designs these do the trick. SUrpringly they don't change the flavor or consistancy of the cake like fondant does.
