mini pie molds

These molds are fantastic in the microwave. We made nut pies in them and in 5 minutes we had 5 tartlets

Winner in so many ways

I use a toaster oven for baking and am hesitant to use glass families in it. These silicon molds are great I in a number of ways: they work beautifully in the microwave for keto 90 second breads, eggs; they hold their shape when filled batter and placed on a baking tray in my toaster oven, they were very reasonably priced and shipping was very fast.

Easy as pie.

A little smaller than I wanted but in reality smaller is what I wanted. Makes a perfect single serving of pie. Pies popped right out and they clean real easy. A standard pie filling equals six to eight of these. I also used them for custard and creme brûlée. A whole pie is a lot for my wife and me. After the pies were made I par froze them in the tins and then easily popped out the pies and froze them. No more eating pie for a week. I had some mini pie crust rings but the rings are about 1/2 too big for these. I cut some foil and used the rings to hold the foil down. Worked great. Ill be looking for some smaller rings as these tins are a keeper.
