I was thinking about it to much because of some people's reviews, but you shouldn't have a problem y you read the directions and take your time, I mean people just want to go ahead and do things with out reading instructions just because they think they know how to work some things, it takes it's time to get going the fountain and to melt the chocolate but once you get it running it's amazing! We tested it with my family this weekend and we loved it, now we're taking it to Mexico for our toddlers birthday party and I'm sure all the people are going to love it!
