It's very non-stick it cools off quickly so what I like about it. if that matters. not saying it won't stay hot if the stuff inside's hot. but I have several of them I use them for cornbread and I baked biscuits in them and I even cook in them. yep I made a cornbread casserole the other day with turkey and such oh it was good. almost forgot I also use it to cook cakes. turn it over to cake just falls right out none of that sticking nonsense.
