Not the best quality

I bought both black and yellow sugar sheets. The yellow was fine (pliable and smooth), but the black seemed almost stale (cracked and brittle). I think I got an old (possibly expired) package, but there was no time to return it. Next time, I'll purchase from a store so I can feel it first.
